Cards now come with a billing address — no more making one up
When you issue a card, the system now assigns it a genuine billing address matching the card's issuing country. It appears on the card details page as soon as the card is ready, alongside the card number, expiry date and CVV. Why it matters: merchants such as Claude, OpenAI and Facebook ask for a billing address when you add a card. Making one up, or reusing the same address across several cards, can be flagged as suspicious by the merchant's risk controls. After this change: · Every card has its own billing address, not shared with your other cards · The address matches the card's issuing country — a US card gets a US address, a Singapore card gets a Singapore address · You can edit it yourself on the card details page if you need to When adding the card at a merchant, copy the address shown on the card details page exactly as it is, rather than typing your own.

Personal deposit addresses — one address you can reuse every time
Deposits have been upgraded: every account now gets a permanent personal receiving address on each chain. You no longer create an order and wait for an address before each deposit. After this change: · The address is assigned once and stays valid, so you can save it in your wallet's address book and reuse it · Your TRC20 address appears immediately when you open the Deposit page, with no waiting · Send to that address and it is credited automatically, and you do not need to declare the amount in advance · Several major chains are supported, switchable on the page What this means for you: the most tedious part of the old flow — creating an order and then matching the exact decimal amount — is gone. Send whatever amount you want. ⚠️ Your personal address is tied to your account, so do not share it: anything sent there is credited to you. Assets other than USDT sent to this address cannot be credited.
- Fees
Trial-period offer: platform deposit fee cut to a flat 0.5%
Effective today, the fee for depositing USDT to your platform balance drops from the previous tiered rates (2% / 1.5% / 1%) to a flat 0.5%, with no amount brackets. For example: a 100 USDT deposit now costs 0.5 USDT instead of 2 USDT, so 99.5 USDT is credited. A 1,000 USDT deposit costs 5 USDT instead of 20 USDT. · Minimum deposit: 30 USDT · Maximum per transaction: 50,000 USDT · The 2% top-up fee on cards is unchanged, and this adjustment does not affect it This is a promotional rate for the trial period. We will announce it in advance before returning to standard pricing.
- Feature
Account closure is now fully online, with the balance returned on-chain
If you no longer need the platform, you can now submit a closure request yourself under My Profile → Close Account. No need to contact support, and no waiting for a manual payout. How it works: 1. Before you submit, close every card in your account and make sure no transaction is still in flight 2. Enter a refund address — we pre-fill the source address of your most recent deposit, and you can change it. Please make sure it is a wallet you hold the keys to, not an exchange deposit address 3. Confirm your identity — account password plus a code sent to your email 4. 24-hour cooling-off period — you can cancel the request yourself during this window and nothing changes 5. After the cooling-off period, once we have reconciled your account, the balance is sent on-chain to the address you provided. You will be notified of the result by email Fees and limits: · A flat closure fee of 2 USDT is deducted from the refund (you receive: balance − 2 USDT) · Both TRC20 and ERC20 are supported, and you choose · If your balance is below the minimum payout threshold the page will tell you, and you can switch to the other network

KYC identity verification waived during the trial period
Following an agreement with our issuing partner, KYC identity verification has been removed from the card issuance flow for the duration of the trial period. After this change: · Issuing a card no longer requires your legal name, ID document details or phone number · You can deposit and issue a card straight after registering, with no wait for document review · Users who already submitted documents are unaffected: the records are kept and existing cards keep working What this means for you: the manual review step between registering and holding a usable card is gone. If identity verification is reinstated after the trial period, we will announce it in advance — the rules will not change without notice.

- Feature
USDT deposits are now live on TRC20 and ERC20
Deposits to your platform balance are now open on two major networks: · TRC20 (Tron) — low network fees and fast confirmation, recommended for everyday use · ERC20 (Ethereum) — convenient if you already hold assets on Ethereum Pick a network on the Deposit page, copy the receiving address, and send USDT from your own wallet. Once the transfer is confirmed on-chain your balance is credited automatically — no screenshots, no manual review. The current minimum deposit is 20 USDT. The fee depends on the amount credited: 2% for 20–500 USDT, 1.5% for 500–1,000 USDT, and 1% above 1,000 USDT. ⚠️ Always send on the network shown on the page. A TRC20 address cannot receive an ERC20 transfer and vice versa, and funds sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
The entries above are historical announcements, kept as written at the time of publication. Card types, fees and limits change as we adjust operations — always rely on the live figures shown on the card issuance and deposit pages.
