100+ Overseas Platforms Supported by RDVCC Virtual Card
Below is the compatibility list verified in practice by RDVCC Virtual Card media buyers / sellers / individual users, grouped into AI tools / streaming / ad platforms / cross-border e-commerce / Apple US / overseas shopping — 6 scenarios. Platforms marked ★ are the most used by RDVCC users in that category, which usually also means "the most stable approval rate".
A platform not being listed doesn't mean it's unsupported. Visa / Mastercard are universal international card networks, so in theory any overseas site that accepts international credit cards will work. This list only covers platforms we have actually tested with stable approval rates. For questions about a specific platform, contact support to confirm.
How to read this list
- Name: the full name of the platform / service (may include tiers, e.g. ChatGPT Plus / Pro / Team)
- Plan: common subscription / pricing tiers
- Tip: recommended card type + price + notes. "US Visa" means a US BIN range; "$10/mo" is an approximate monthly fee — the platform's official site prevails
- ★ mark: the top 3 most frequently used platforms in each category, usually meaning the most stable card ranges and the best-documented pitfalls
Card type cheat sheet
- · AI tools / Apple US / FB ads → US Visa (US BIN required)
- · PayPal verification / Disney+ / Hulu / Apple Music → Mastercard has the higher approval rate
- · Shopify / SaaS / overseas shopping → Visa / Mastercard both work
- · Multi-country overseas spending → US Visa + Mastercard primary/backup combo
For the detailed decision see the products overview — decision table for 5 user types.
AI Tools
12 platforms in total
AI platforms generally charge via Stripe and are sensitive to the card BIN country. A US-BIN Visa is the most stable choice for the vast majority of AI subscriptions, with a 99%+ approval rate. Leading platforms like OpenAI and Anthropic actively decline mainland China card BINs (including CITIC Global Pay), so the "US IP + US card + US billing address" trio is a required setup.
Streaming Subscriptions
10 platforms in total
Streaming subscriptions bill via tokenized charges; Mastercard is more compatible than Visa for subscriptions, especially Disney+ / Hulu / Apple Music US. Netflix / Spotify / YouTube Premium and most mainstream platforms take both Visa / MC. Note that most streaming services require switching to the matching region (US Apple ID or IP) to subscribe to the local version.
Ad Platforms
8 platforms in total
Ad platforms carry MCC code 7311, a "high-risk" class in card network risk control; every virtual card must have 7311 actively whitelisted in the issuer's back office before it can run. Choosing "ad campaigns" as the purpose when opening an RDVCC card whitelists it automatically. Heavy daily spenders should run a three-layer primary / backup / emergency card combo with staggered ranges (Visa + MC + US BIN) against collective risk flags.
Cross-Border E-Commerce Tools
12 platforms in total
The cross-border e-commerce tool stack is usually scattered — from store platforms to SaaS tools to cloud services. Most charges are monthly subscriptions with loose card requirements; a universal Visa is enough. PayPal verification is the exception — Mastercard passes noticeably more often. High-value charges from cloud services like AWS / Cloudflare can trigger risk control; a dedicated card is recommended.
Apple US Ecosystem
8 platforms in total
Apple US is the most common "region switch" for Chinese users. All Apple US services strictly require the trio of a US-BIN card + US billing address + US Apple ID — none can be missing. Adding a card to the Apple Pay wallet also requires the Apple ID region to match the card BIN country for stable use.
Overseas Shopping
10 platforms in total
Overseas spending in the broad sense: Amazon shopping, Booking / Airbnb reservations, Steam / Epic games, Coursera / Udemy courses and more. Card BIN requirements are loose; US-BIN Visa / Mastercard work universally. Mind the consistency between billing and shipping addresses, and how some platforms (e.g. Steam) handle country locks.
These scenarios are outside the scope of RDVCC Virtual Card
- ✗Domestic (mainland China) e-commerce / services (use a domestic bank card)
- ✗Cashing out / withdrawing to mainland China bank cards
- ✗Gambling / adult content / drugs / weapons / crypto exchanges and other prohibited industries
- ✗Enterprise B2B cross-border settlement (consult a bank / licensed payment institution)
See the Terms of Service. Violating accounts are frozen immediately.
How this list is maintained
The 100+ platforms above are not a list copied from competitors — they are compatible platforms actually verified by RDVCC users. Our maintenance process:
- ①New platform intake: every week we pick newly mentioned platforms from support tickets and Telegram group discussions, then test the real approval rate with 3-5 cards on different BINs (US / HK / Europe)
- ②Approval rate validation: every platform is tested with 10+ real transactions; anything below an 80% approval rate stays off the list or gets a ⚠️
- ③Quarterly re-checks: every quarter we spot-check listed platforms; if a platform's risk rules change and its approval rate drops, we update the tips and notify users
- ④User feedback loop: every "payment failed" ticket feeds back into this list; platforms with recurring failures get their recommended card type adjusted immediately
Can't find your platform?
This list only covers platforms we have tested. Visa / Mastercard are universal international card networks, so in theory any overseas platform that accepts international credit cards will work. If the platform you need isn't listed:
- 1Check the scenario category first: which category does your platform belong to (AI tools / streaming / ads / e-commerce etc.)? Try once with the recommended card type — a 90% chance it just works.
- 2Test with a small amount: try the card with a small charge ($1 - $10) first, then commit larger amounts once it passes. Standard industry practice that lowers trial costs.
- 3After a failure: email [email protected] with the platform name and a failure screenshot; we'll help confirm whether it's a card range issue. If it's a platform restriction (MCC / country), we'll suggest alternatives.
- 4Request inclusion: tell us about new platforms that pass your tests and we'll add them to the list. Popular platforms also get added to the matching scenario page.
