RD Virtual Credit Card
RD Virtual Credit Card

Between globalization and compliance,
we build a payment chain users can trust.

As AI, cross-border e-commerce, and overseas content subscriptions become everyday life, Chinese-speaking users still lack an overseas card that is both usable and trustworthy. RDVCC Virtual Credit Card chose not to take shortcuts — we partner with licensed upstream card issuers and place every transaction inside the Visa / Mastercard international clearing networks, taking responsibility for this chain with an engineer's rigor and a compliance officer's restraint.

We believe a truly lasting product is built not on "grey area" gains, but on getting every piece of compliance, every ledger line, and every act of service right.

The 4 Things We Insist On

Compliance first

Licensed upstream card issuers + complete cardholder details (a compliance requirement) + field-level AES encryption + a hard line against cash-outs / prohibited categories. "Anonymous cards" look tempting short-term; long-term they are a minefield.

Transparent pricing

All rates are published on /pricing — no monthly or annual fees, and no fee to close your account. The calculator computes costs in real time: see the bill before you decide.

Fund safety

Standard double-entry bookkeeping + database triggers enforcing balance; admin reconciliation auto-alerts on fund drift. User balances can be refunded in one click, and card limits are returned immediately once a card is closed.

Media-buyer friendly

BIN ranges verified by Facebook / Google / TikTok ad buyers, MCC 7311 allowlisted, 3DS delivered via two channels; 7×24 dedicated support for media buyers.

Compliance Chain

RDVCC Virtual Credit Card is a consumer-facing virtual credit card platform; the upstream compliance chain looks like this:

UserCompletes cardholder details and pre-funds the account limit via USDT top-up
RDVCC Virtual Credit CardEncrypted KYC storage, reconciliation, risk control, support, account management (this platform)
Licensed upstream card issuerA licensed card issuer that actually issues the virtual Visa / Mastercard cards
Visa / Mastercard networksInternational card networks that clear and settle the payments
MerchantChatGPT / Netflix / Facebook ad accounts and other payment recipients

Every layer carries its own compliance responsibility, and RDVCC Virtual Credit Card bypasses none of them. This is also the foundation of our long-term, stable operation.

This platform is operated by AGGS TECHNOLOGY SERVICES CO., LIMITED (incorporated in Hong Kong, Business Registration No. 70702052). Full entity and registration details, with official lookup channels, are on the Compliance page.

Team

RDVCC's core members bring backgrounds in cross-border payments and card network partnerships, operations experience across Amazon / Shopify / independent stores, front-line Facebook / Google media buying practice, and training in financial engineering and compliance review. We do not win on headcount; we get the engineering rigor and compliance restraint a payment platform requires done properly — every ledger entry recorded correctly, every ticket followed to resolution, every compliance boundary kept clear.

Product direction is driven by real users: cross-border e-commerce media buyers, independent-store sellers, heavy AI tool users, and overseas content subscribers. We listen to what they need changed, not to a marketing department's KPIs.

Team and Operating Position

RDVCC is a virtual card product company serving Chinese-speaking users — not a financial institution, and not a crypto company. The actual issuing, clearing, and FX settlement are done by licensed upstream institutions and the Visa / Mastercard networks; RDVCC focuses on making the product, compliance, support, and engineering solid along the "Chinese-speaking user → overseas spending" chain:

  • Product engineering: Chinese-speaking users can smoothly complete the whole sign-up → top-up → card opening → usage flow without knowing English, crypto or overseas finance. Every interaction detail is repeatedly polished.
  • Compliance governance: a clear view of scenario boundaries for mainland China users (lawful overseas spending vs cash-outs), building KYC, risk control, AML, and merchant MCC governance on a "better fewer, but better" principle.
  • Media-buyer-grade support: the support team comes from the front line of real cross-border business (media buyers / sellers / platform operators), usually responds within minutes, and understands the business instead of reading from a script.
  • Data-driven iteration: continuous optimization based on real user feedback and reconciliation data, a minor product release every two weeks on average, and all major product decisions publicly disclosed.

Product Roadmap

The RDVCC Virtual Credit Card brand site rdvcc.com went live in May 2026, followed by building the payment chain, verifying BIN stability, and constructing the compliance system. Here are the public key milestones and product plans:

  • 2026 Q2-Q4 (in progress): the new brand site rdvcc.com goes live, with the Visa / Mastercard / US BIN card lineup fully presented and the SEO and content matrix rolled out. The brand entity has completed Hong Kong registration, and licensed upstream issuer partnerships expand to 2+.
  • 2026 Q3: business accounts open up (team management / sub-account splitting / consolidated billing).
  • 2027 Q1: Hong Kong / Japan / Europe BINs go live, covering more regional subscriptions and scenarios.
  • 2027 Q3+: API access (developer integrations), multi-currency wallets, auto-renewal rules, and advanced risk-control policies.

About refunds

Done with it? Close your account and take your balance back in USDT

Refunding your account balance runs through Account Closure: close each of your cards first, then submit the closure request. The balance is paid back in USDT via the route you used to top up, and the account is closed along with it.

  • All cards closed and no unsettled transactions: manual review after the 24-hour cooling-off window, payout on approval
  • Unsettled amounts remaining on cards: wait for clearing, usually 1-7 days
  • Flat $2 fee, on-chain transfer cost included
  • Minimum balance $12 (TRC20) / $3 (ERC20)
  • Cancellable within 24 hours of submission

Lower fees than most peers, and a balance you really do get back when you close your account — that is what we think a product should be.Full refund policy →
