Refund Policy
How to withdraw your account balance
When you no longer need the service, you can close your account and have the balance returned as USDT. TRC20 or ERC20 — your choice — with a flat $2 fee per refund (the on-chain transfer cost is included). After you submit there is a 24-hour cooling-off period and a review; how fast it is credited also depends on your cards — fast with no unsettled transactions, slower if settlement is still pending. Details below.
- All cards closed, no unsettled transactions: within 24 hours
- Unsettled transactions on cards: 1-7 days (awaiting clearing)
- Special cases like hotel pre-authorizations: up to 30 days
Refunds: a few things you should know
Time until funds are received
Depends on your cards. All cards closed and nothing unsettled: paid within 24 hours. Unsettled pre-authorizations on a card must clear first, usually 1-7 days. Special cases like hotel pre-authorizations can take up to 30 days.
USDT, network of your choice
TRC20 or ERC20, either works. The network you last deposited with is pre-filled, and you can change it. The two chains have different balance thresholds — see below.
Flat $2 fee
Each refund carries a flat $2 fee. The on-chain transfer cost is already included in it and is not charged separately. Same price on TRC20 and ERC20.
Balance thresholds
TRC20 requires an account balance of $12 or more, ERC20 $3 or more (both figures include the $2 fee). Below $3, neither chain can pay out.
24-hour cooling-off period
You can cancel within 24 hours of submitting if you change your mind. If your account is ever compromised, this window lets you recover.
No waiting for the freeze period
Upstream card networks impose a 60-90 day freeze period, but that's back-office business. We pay you first from our own funds and recover from upstream once the freeze ends.
How it works
Close your cards
Go to Account → My Cards and close all cards. Unspent card limit automatically returns to your account balance.
Submit the request
Go to Account → Close / Withdraw and enter your payout address. Confirmation requires your account password + an email verification code.
Wait for settlement
If a card still has unsettled transactions, wait for the merchants to clear them — usually 1-7 days. Skip this step if nothing is unsettled.
Review
We verify identity and funds compliance, normally completed within 24 hours.
Payout
We send USDT to the address you provided; it is credited net of the flat $2 fee.
You need to be logged in. If you aren't, please log in first.

FAQ
When will the funds be received?
Depends on your cards. If all cards are closed and nothing is unsettled, we pay within 24 hours. If unsettled transactions remain, they must clear first — usually 1-7 days. Special cases like hotel pre-authorizations take up to 30 days. Most users see the funds credited within 1-3 days.
How much can I get back?
Your entire account balance is refundable — including credited USDT deposits, unspent card balances, and targeted compensation from the platform. Fees already incurred are not refunded: USDT top-up fees, the $1 card issuance fee, the $0.20 initial top-up fee at card opening, the 2% in-card top-up fee, money already paid to merchants, and chargebacked amounts. Example: deposit $100 USDT — $99.50 is credited after the 0.5% fee, then $1 is deducted for opening a card. Your account balance + what's left on the cards is what you can get back.
Why the 1-7 day wait sometimes?
That's a card network rule. A merchant-initiated pre-authorization can only be cleared by the merchant itself or left to expire — we cannot force-settle it. So if a card still has unsettled transactions, we must wait for clearing before the final refundable amount is known. If you have already closed all cards and nothing is unsettled, the funds are credited within 24 hours.
Why a 24-hour cooling-off period?
If your account is ever compromised, this window lets you notice and cancel. You can withdraw the request anytime during the cooling-off period.
What happens to a card's balance after the card is closed?
It automatically returns to your account balance and is paid out in USDT together with the rest.
Who pays the on-chain fee?
We do. Whether you withdraw $1 or $1000, on-chain gas is never charged to users. TRC20 about $1+ per transfer; ERC20 $3-15 per transfer depending on gas.
What is the upstream 60-90 day freeze period about?
Card networks like VISA / MasterCard freeze closed cards for 60-90 days, so recovering money from upstream takes us that long. But that is back-office reconciliation — not your concern. We pay you first from our own funds and recover from upstream ourselves once the freeze ends.
When would a refund be refused?
Only two cases: a judicial freeze order (a legal obligation), or funds hitting an AML blacklist. We would tell you immediately and cooperate as legally required. In every other case your money comes back.
Can I withdraw only part of the balance?
No. The only way to get the balance back is to close the account, which settles it in one go — there is no partial withdrawal. So deposit what you actually need rather than parking funds in the account.
Can I keep using RDVCC after the balance is returned?
No. To get the balance back you must close the account, and once the process completes the account is locked — you can no longer sign in or open cards. Using RDVCC again means registering with a new email, so please be sure before you submit.
