KYC Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-19

1. Who sets this policy, and our position on KYC

This KYC policy is set and enforced by AGGS TECHNOLOGY SERVICES CO., LIMITED ("the Company"), which is incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the compliance floor for international cross-border payment services. The virtual credit card brand the Company operates, "RDVCC" ("the Platform"), works with an upstream licensed card issuer whose regulators require every card user to complete basic cardholder verification.

To minimise sensitive-data collection and the risk of a leak, the Platform applies a "minimum necessary" principle: we collect only the basic details required to open a card, and no ID numbers, facial scans or document photographs.

2. The cardholder details we collect

  • Legal name: in Chinese or English, 2 – 30 characters;
  • Mainland-China mobile number: 11 digits (starting with 1, second digit 3-9);
  • Registered email: already verified by email OTP during sign-up;
  • Submission IP: used for risk control and anomaly blocking.

We do not collect: ID numbers, ID photographs, facial-recognition video, passports, business licences or any other document numbers.

3. How the data is stored and used

  • Clear-text storage: name, mobile number and email are stored in clear text in the database, for ticket verification, risk-control lookups and support dispute handling;
  • Access minimisation: only authorised support and risk-control staff can query them, and every access is written to the audit log;
  • Purpose limitation: used only for card-eligibility decisions, risk-control blocking, support disputes and compliance audit; never for commercial marketing or third-party sharing (unless you explicitly consent);
  • Passing data upstream: the Company does not proactively send names or mobile numbers to the upstream licensed card issuer. They are provided only when a specific dispute, investigation or compliance requirement arises, after the necessary redaction.

4. How to submit

  1. Register an account (email + email OTP + password);
  2. Click "Open a new card" → enter your legal name and mainland-China mobile number;
  3. The system checks the format and runs anti-abuse defences → once passed, your details are complete;
  4. Once your balance is sufficient, you can open a card.

No image uploads, no SMS verification code, no waiting for manual review. The whole process usually takes under a minute.

5. Retention period

Under cross-border payment compliance requirements, cardholder details are retained for at least 5 years after the account ends; after that they are logically deleted and anonymised.

6. Your rights

  • view your current cardholder details (Account centre → Profile);
  • ask support to change your name or mobile number;
  • have disputes handled by support;
  • close your account (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Boundaries of use and your responsibility

The Platform provides virtual cards issued by an offshore card issuer, funded by a USDT top-up. We make no assessment or promise about whether this arrangement is lawful in your own jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to confirm and comply with the foreign-exchange, tax and payment rules that apply where you live.

  • the Platform targets personal overseas spending (subscriptions, cross-border shopping, streaming, SaaS and similar);
  • for large cross-border transfers (a single amount ≥ $10,000) we suggest a bank foreign-exchange channel — the Platform is not suited to that;
  • cashing out / routing funds back to a domestic card ✗ is strictly prohibited; we terminate service on discovery;
  • when we receive a lawful investigation request from an authorised agency, we provide the necessary data as required by law.

If you are unsure whether this applies to your own situation, we suggest consulting your bank or a qualified professional adviser.
