Step 1: Register and verify

Step 2: Buy USDT

  1. 1.Easiest: Buy Crypto → select USDT → pay by debit/credit card (instant, small processing fee)
  2. 2.Cheaper: P2P market → choose a verified merchant with 98%+ completion rate → pay your deposit amount with a local method
  3. 3.Buy your deposit amount + 3 USDT to cover the withdrawal network fee (e.g. buy 38 to deposit 35)
  4. 4.For P2P: transfer exactly the shown amount, then mark the order as paid
  5. 5.USDT arrives in your Funding account, usually within minutes

  • · For P2P payments, never write anything in the transfer memo/reference field — especially not "USDT" or "crypto". This is the top cause of bank cards getting frozen by risk control

Step 3: Withdraw to your RDVCC deposit address

  1. 1.If needed, transfer USDT from Funding to Spot account (free, instant)
  2. 2.Open RDVCC Account → Top up, select Tron (TRC20), copy your personal deposit address
  3. 3.On the exchange: Assets → Withdraw → USDT → paste the address and select the TRC20 (Tron) network — it must match the chain selected on the deposit page
  4. 4.Enter the amount (the page shows the amount actually credited after the ~1 USDT network fee — make sure it is ≥ 35), confirm
  5. 5.Pass the security verification (email/SMS code) and submit. The transfer is credited automatically in 1-3 minutes and RDVCC notifies you by email
⚠️ Two common pitfalls
  • · Newly purchased crypto may be under a withdrawal freeze (up to 24h for P2P purchases, per exchange risk policy). Buy a day ahead if your schedule is tight — this is the exchange's rule, not RDVCC's

After the deposit is credited

Q: Withdrawal blocked by a 24-hour hold — what now?
Exchanges apply a risk-control freeze on newly purchased crypto (especially P2P buys). Your funds are safe; withdraw after the freeze expires. If you're in a hurry, use an account past the freeze period, or buy a day ahead.
Q: What are the total costs?
P2P purchases are fee-free (merchant quotes run ~0.5-1% above spot); card purchases carry the exchange's processing fee; TRC20 withdrawal costs about 1 USDT; RDVCC charges 0.5% on deposit. To get 35 USDT credited, expect roughly 36-38 USDT in total cost.
Q: What if I pick the wrong network?
Funds sent on the wrong chain cannot be recovered automatically — this is how blockchains work on every platform. Select Tron (TRC20) on both the exchange withdrawal page and the RDVCC deposit page and you cannot go wrong.
Q: Why is the minimum deposit 35 USDT?
Transfers below the minimum cannot be credited automatically. 35 USDT covers opening a card plus one month of ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro (about $22 charged incl. tax). Deposit what you plan to spend — the balance is always refundable.
Q: Can I top up RDVCC directly with a bank card?
No — RDVCC only accepts USDT deposits. The card/local payment happens on the exchange when buying USDT; once you hold USDT, this guide gets it to your RDVCC balance.
