Step 1: Register and verify

  1. 1.Use the "Register on Binance" button on this page, sign up with email or phone
  2. 2.Download the official app when prompted after registration
  3. 3.Complete KYC: personal details + ID document + face check, usually approved within minutes
  4. 4.Once verified you can buy crypto directly — no bank account linking required for P2P

Step 2: Buy USDT

  1. 1.Easiest: Buy Crypto → select USDT → pay by debit/credit card (instant, small processing fee)
  2. 2.Cheaper: P2P market → choose a verified merchant with 98%+ completion rate → pay your deposit amount with a local method
  3. 3.Buy your deposit amount + 3 USDT to cover the withdrawal network fee (e.g. buy 38 to deposit 35)
  4. 4.For P2P: transfer exactly the shown amount, then mark the order as paid
  5. 5.Once the merchant confirms your payment, the USDT is usually credited within minutes to your Spot account (Binance's default for P2P purchases since 29 September 2026; if your app isn't updated, it may still show under Funding)
⚠️ Payment rules
  • · For P2P payments, never write anything in the transfer memo/reference field — especially not "USDT" or "crypto". This is the top cause of bank cards getting frozen by risk control
  • · Only communicate with merchants inside the order page; never move the deal to a private chat
  • · Pay from an account in your own name matching your exchange KYC, or the merchant can refuse to release

Step 3: Withdraw to your RDVCC deposit address

  1. 1.Check that the USDT is in your Spot account; if it shows under Funding, use Transfer to move it to Spot first (free, instant)
  2. 2.Open RDVCC Account → Top up, select Ethereum (ERC20), copy your personal deposit address
  3. 3.On the exchange: Assets → Withdraw → USDT → paste the address and select the Ethereum (ERC20) network — it must match the chain selected on the deposit page
  4. 4.Enter the amount (the page shows the amount actually credited after the network fee — about 0.5 USDT on ERC20 — make sure it is ≥ 35), confirm
  5. 5.Pass the security verification (email/SMS code) and submit. The transfer is credited automatically, usually in 2–10 minutes on ERC20, and RDVCC notifies you by email
⚠️ Two common pitfalls
  • · Newly purchased crypto may be under a withdrawal freeze (up to 24h for P2P purchases, per exchange risk policy). Buy a day ahead if your schedule is tight — this is the exchange's rule, not RDVCC's
  • · Always copy-paste the address and double-check the first and last 4 characters before confirming

After the deposit is credited

RDVCC credits your balance automatically once confirmed on-chain (you'll see it on the deposit page and by email). After a one-time identity verification, open your first card: from $1, usually ready in seconds (under 1 minute for batches). Once withdrawal conditions are met, you can request a prepayment refund of your balance to a USDT wallet you control yourself — not an exchange deposit address ($2 flat fee, no need to close your account).

FAQ

Withdrawal blocked by a 24-hour hold — what now?
Exchanges apply a risk-control freeze on newly purchased crypto (especially P2P buys). Your funds are safe; withdraw after the freeze expires. If you're in a hurry, use an account past the freeze period, or buy a day ahead.
What are the total costs?
P2P purchases are fee-free (merchant quotes run ~0.5-1% above spot); card purchases carry the exchange's processing fee; an ERC20 withdrawal on Binance costs about 0.5 USDT (October 2026 — the withdrawal page shows the current fee); RDVCC charges 0.5% on deposit. To get 35 USDT credited, expect roughly 36 USDT in total cost. To pay less, choose BEP20 on both sides — about 0.01 USDT to withdraw on Binance.
What if I pick the wrong network?
Funds sent on the wrong chain may not be credited and may not be recoverable — this is how blockchains work on every platform. Select Ethereum (ERC20) on both the exchange withdrawal page and the RDVCC deposit page and you cannot go wrong.
Why is the minimum deposit 35 USDT?
Every deposit must arrive as at least 35 USDT; transfers below the minimum are not credited. 35 USDT covers opening a card plus one month of ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro (about $22 charged incl. tax). Deposit what you plan to spend — once withdrawal conditions are met, you can request a prepayment refund of the balance to a USDT wallet you control yourself, not an exchange deposit address (flat $2 fee, minimums TRC20 $12 / ERC20 $3).
Can I top up RDVCC directly with a bank card?
No — RDVCC only accepts USDT deposits. The card/local payment happens on the exchange when buying USDT; once you hold USDT, this guide gets it to your RDVCC balance.
