Which deposit methods are supported?

Direct answer

Two: ① on-chain USDT transfer (TRC20) with an exact order amount, auto-credited in 3–10 minutes; ② Crypto Payment — after placing the order you are taken to a cashier and pay directly from your balance, credited instantly with no on-chain fee. Alipay, WeChat and bank cards are not supported.

Many people read this question as "which kinds of money do you accept," but what you actually need to decide isn't the "method" — it's where your USDT is sitting right now and how fast you want it to reach your platform balance. Both top-up entry points accept the same asset; the only difference is the crediting path, not the money itself.

One thing that gets overlooked, stated up front: the platform top-up service fee is exactly the same at both entry points (from 2%, stepping down by amount). What Crypto Payment saves you is the on-chain transfer fee (commonly called the miner fee), not the platform fee. So don't read "instant, no transfer fee" as "lower fees" — on the platform side the two are identical to the cent, and whichever you pick doesn't change the amount credited.

Money on-chain goes via TRC20; money on the exchange goes via Crypto Payment

On-chain transfer sends over the TRC20 network and credits automatically after block confirmation

  1. On the top-up page, select on-chain USDT transfer (TRC20), enter the top-up amount, and generate an order.
  2. Copy the receiving address and the "amount to transfer" shown on the order (the system has already calculated it using the tiered fee rate).
  3. From your wallet / exchange, transfer via the TRC20 network in the exact amount shown on the order.
  4. Wait for block confirmation; it is typically credited to your platform balance automatically within 3–10 minutes, with no manual intervention needed.

Crypto Payment draws from your cashier balance, credited instantly with no on-chain transfer fee

If your USDT is sitting in an exchange / cashier balance, Crypto Payment is smoother: after placing the order you're redirected to the cashier to pay directly from your balance, with no need to check the exact amount and receiving address yourself. It suits people who top up frequently in small amounts and don't want to withdraw on-chain every time.

Alipay, WeChat, bank cards and other fiat channels are not supported

Top-ups accept only one asset, USDT, at both entry points. In the cross-border virtual card scenario, USDT's crediting certainty and settlement efficiency are a better fit; Alipay, WeChat and bank cards are fiat channels with entirely different regulatory characteristics, and the platform does not offer them.

On-chain transfer failures are mostly due to a mismatched amount or the wrong network; don't blindly re-transfer on a timeout

  • For on-chain transfers, always transfer the exact amount shown on the order: if the amount doesn't match the order it won't be credited automatically and will need manual verification, slowing down crediting.
  • Before transferring, confirm the network is TRC20: sending USDT to an address on another chain risks losing the asset, so verify the receiving address and chain before clicking confirm.
  • If it clearly exceeds the expected 3–10 minutes and still hasn't been credited, submit a support ticket with your top-up order number for manual verification, rather than blindly re-transferring.
  • Both methods share the same threshold: the minimum first top-up is 30 USDT.
The one-line test: if your USDT is already in an on-chain wallet, use TRC20 on-chain transfer; if your USDT is sitting in an exchange / cashier balance, Crypto Payment is more economical (no on-chain transfer fee, instant crediting). Both paths accept USDT and the platform fee rate treats them equally — what you're choosing is the crediting path, not a higher or lower fee rate.
