Is there an app?
No standalone app yet. The web app is fully mobile-optimized with identical features — just bookmark rdvcc.com.
When people ask whether there's an app, what they really want to confirm is usually three things: whether they can pull out their phone and run the whole flow — top up, open a card, copy the card details — in one go; whether the features on a phone are stripped down compared with the desktop; and whether handling card details on a phone is safe. Making these three points clear is more useful than a plain yes or no.
We don't build a standalone app by deliberate choice, not because it's unfinished. For a payment tool that has to display card numbers and CVVs, the web app is actually more reliable: changes to fees, failure reasons, and risk-control rules take effect the same day, with no waiting on app-store review; and it removes one attack surface where an install package could be spoofed or repackaged. Every feature runs in the browser and is the same web app you'd use on a desktop, with identical features — whether on an iPhone (iOS) or an Android phone, just open your mobile browser and it works, with no client to download.
Everything you can do in a mobile browser is exactly the same as on the desktop
| What you want to do | How to do it on your phone | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Top up | On the top-up page, choose on-chain USDT transfer or Crypto Payment | For an on-chain transfer, send the exact order amount in TRC20 and it's credited automatically in 3–10 minutes; Crypto Payment is credited instantly |
| Open a card | On the open-card page, enter a limit and submit | Usually done within seconds |
| View / copy card details | Card details page | After two-step verification, the card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address are shown together, each with a copy button, so you can copy everything from one screen at checkout |
| Top up a card | Start it from the card details page | Moved from your account balance into the card in real time, effective immediately |
| Freeze / unfreeze a card | One tap on the card details page | While frozen, all charge requests are declined |
| Close a card | Start it from the card details page | Once the remaining limit is settled, it's returned to your account balance |
| Contact support | In-app support ticket | During business hours, the first response is usually within 2 hours |
Add rdvcc.com to your home screen and you'll have a direct icon on your phone
- Open rdvcc.com in your mobile browser and sign in once
- In the browser menu, choose "Add to Home Screen" (use Safari on an iPhone or Chrome on an Android phone)
- A direct icon appears on your home screen; tapping it takes you straight back to the signed-in web app, saving you from typing the address each time, and with no install package to download
Viewing card details on your phone still goes through two-step verification
Switching to a phone doesn't lower the security bar. Viewing the full card number and CVV still requires two-step verification; support and the admin interface can't see your full card number on any device. The mobile browser is just the entry point — the underlying double-entry bookkeeping, daily automatic reconciliation with the upstream side, and audit logs for sensitive operations are the same mechanisms, and don't change with the device.
