Is there an app?

Direct answer

No standalone app yet. The web app is fully mobile-optimized with identical features — just bookmark rdvcc.com.

When people ask whether there's an app, what they really want to confirm is usually three things: whether they can pull out their phone and run the whole flow — top up, open a card, copy the card details — in one go; whether the features on a phone are stripped down compared with the desktop; and whether handling card details on a phone is safe. Making these three points clear is more useful than a plain yes or no.

We don't build a standalone app by deliberate choice, not because it's unfinished. For a payment tool that has to display card numbers and CVVs, the web app is actually more reliable: changes to fees, failure reasons, and risk-control rules take effect the same day, with no waiting on app-store review; and it removes one attack surface where an install package could be spoofed or repackaged. Every feature runs in the browser and is the same web app you'd use on a desktop, with identical features — whether on an iPhone (iOS) or an Android phone, just open your mobile browser and it works, with no client to download.

Everything you can do in a mobile browser is exactly the same as on the desktop

Add rdvcc.com to your home screen and you'll have a direct icon on your phone

  1. Open rdvcc.com in your mobile browser and sign in once
  2. In the browser menu, choose "Add to Home Screen" (use Safari on an iPhone or Chrome on an Android phone)
  3. A direct icon appears on your home screen; tapping it takes you straight back to the signed-in web app, saving you from typing the address each time, and with no install package to download

Viewing card details on your phone still goes through two-step verification

Switching to a phone doesn't lower the security bar. Viewing the full card number and CVV still requires two-step verification; support and the admin interface can't see your full card number on any device. The mobile browser is just the entry point — the underlying double-entry bookkeeping, daily automatic reconciliation with the upstream side, and audit logs for sensitive operations are the same mechanisms, and don't change with the device.

The short version: whether a platform has an app to install doesn't really matter — what you should actually check is whether the features are stripped down in the mobile browser and whether viewing card details still has two-step verification. When both hold, having a standalone app or not comes down to nothing more than a home-screen icon; add rdvcc.com to your home screen and you've got that icon.
