How fast are deposits credited?
Counting from when your exchange shows the withdrawal as "Completed": TRC20 usually takes 1–5 minutes, other networks 1–30 minutes (the top-up page shows the time for the network you choose). If it still isn't credited after that, send the transaction hash (TxID) or a screenshot of the withdrawal to live support and we check the payment records manually.
"How long until it's credited" depends on two things: the network you choose, and when you start counting. Your personal deposit address needs no order and no amount check — the system recognizes the deposit by address and credits it automatically, so what really sets the time is on-chain confirmation. Networks differ in speed, and the top-up page shows the time for the network you choose.

The clock starts when your exchange's withdrawal record shows "Completed", not when you tap withdraw — the exchange's own review and queueing don't count (coins you just bought via C2C may be blocked from withdrawal by the exchange for up to 24 hours). The amount credited is the net amount after the 0.5% fee (for example, top up 35 USD and 34.82 is credited); once it arrives, the top-up page shows a pop-up and you get an email, and it is credited even if you close the page.
Past the time and still not credited? Check three things before contacting support
- Does your exchange's withdrawal record show "Completed"? "Under review / Processing" means it hasn't been sent yet — keep waiting for the exchange.
- Is the withdrawal network the one selected on the top-up page, and do the first and last 4 characters of the address match? Sending on the wrong network or the wrong token may not be credited.
- Did at least 35 USDT arrive? Amounts below the minimum are not credited; the exchange deducts its withdrawal fee, so look at the amount received.
- If all three check out and it's past the time shown on the top-up page, send the transaction hash (TxID) or a screenshot of the withdrawal to live support, and we will check the crediting records manually.
