How fast are deposits credited?

Direct answer

Crypto Payment is instant; TRC20 on-chain transfers usually take 3–10 minutes for block confirmations. If the top-up isn't credited after 30 minutes, open a ticket with your order ID and we check the chain records manually.

There is no single answer to "how long does it take to be credited," because the speed is determined by two things: which top-up method you use, and whether the amount you send and the network you use match the order exactly. When they match, the system credits the deposit automatically, in seconds or minutes; but the moment one detail is off, the order goes to manual review, and the time then depends on how long that check takes. This is what actually stretches out the crediting time, not the network being slow.

The speed difference between the two methods comes down to whether it goes through the blockchain

Top-up methodCrediting speedWhy it's this fast / this slowOn-chain transfer fee
Crypto Payment (top up from checkout balance)InstantPaid directly from the USDT balance you already hold on the exchange / at checkout. This is a ledger-level transfer that is not broadcast on-chain, so it is credited instantlyNone
On-chain USDT transfer (TRC20)Usually 3–10 minutesYou have to wait for the on-chain network to produce blocks and confirm receipt. During this window you are waiting on the blockchain, not on the platform processing itPaid by you (the on-chain network fee)

The 3–10 minutes for an on-chain transfer is the time the platform waits for enough block confirmations. It fluctuates with how busy the network is at the time, and is not the platform processing slowly. It is normal for the order to show "confirming" during this window; that does not mean it has failed. The amount credited is the net amount after the tiered fee (for example, top up 30 USDT and 29.40 is credited). The fee is settled in one go at the moment of crediting and does not add any extra waiting time.

If it isn't credited after 30 minutes, check the amount and network first, then open a support ticket

  1. First confirm your top-up method: paying from your checkout balance (paid directly from your exchange balance) is instant, so if it shows as not credited, refresh the order status first; an on-chain transfer is normal within the 3–10 minute window, so wait for block confirmation first.
  2. Next, verify that these three details match the order exactly: whether the transfer amount is exactly the same, whether the network is TRC20, and whether the receiving address was copied correctly. The system only auto-credits orders that match exactly, and any mismatch sends it to manual review. Note that only USDT is accepted; sending a TRC20 asset over another network, or using fiat channels such as Alipay / WeChat / a bank card, will not be credited, and sending over the wrong network also carries a risk of losing your assets.
  3. If it is still not credited after 30 minutes, submit a support ticket with your top-up order ID; the order ID is the only key we use to locate the on-chain record.
  4. We manually check the on-chain crediting record and then credit the deposit by hand; cases involving a mismatched amount or the wrong network are handled one by one according to the conclusions of the manual processing queue.
The one-line rule of thumb: if the amount and the network both match the order, crediting simply runs on the clock — checkout balance is instant, on-chain waits a few minutes for blocks. The moment one detail is off, don't keep resending; just open a support ticket with your order ID and let us manually check the on-chain record.
